Sri Ganesh Document Centre is a small office. But every deed written here concerns a family's property, and we have never treated that lightly.

For more than thirty years he has drafted deeds in Gudiyatham and the villages around it. Sale, settlement, partition, mortgage, power of attorney — every kind of instrument that goes through the Sub-Registrar's office.
He holds an M.A. and a Diploma in Co-operation. He takes particular care to turn legal wording into plain Tamil — because many who come here cannot read, and some are well past eighty.
Much of registration now happens online — biometrics, scanning, GPS photographs, digital payments. All of it is handled here at the desk. You do not have to work out the new systems on your own.
